Before you reach out

Quick answers to
common questions.

If something isn’t answered here, just ask — that’s what the first message is for.

Typically within a few hours — sometimes faster. I cover US, Canada, and UK timezones so there’s rarely a long wait regardless of where you are. You’ll always hear back from me directly, not an assistant.

Not at all — most people don’t. The discovery call exists specifically to help figure out what’s actually needed. Tell me what’s frustrating you and we’ll work out the rest together. Some of the most valuable conversations I have end with "you don’t need this yet" — and that’s completely fine.

If there’s a clear fit, I put together a tailored proposal — defined scope, timeline, and fixed pricing. You’ll know exactly what you’re getting before committing a cent. If there isn’t a fit, I’ll tell you honestly and point you somewhere better.

Yes, completely. No credit card, no commitment, no follow-up sales sequence. It’s just a conversation. I’d rather spend 30 minutes making sure we’re a good fit than take on a project that isn’t right for either of us.

Absolutely. I primarily work with clients across the US, Canada, and UK — but I’m genuinely open to wherever the right project is. Everything I do is fully remote and timezone-flexible, so location has never been an issue.
